House of Roy Return Policy

At House of Roy (HOR), we take great pride in crafting garments of exceptional quality and fit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return under the following policy:


Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • All original tags must be attached, and the item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Items showing signs of wear or alteration are not eligible for return.

Returnable Items

  • Full-price items are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment.
  • Sale items are eligible for store credit only.
  • Final sale items (including custom sizing and heavily discounted merchandise) are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact HOR Client Care at contact.houseofroy@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • prepaid return label will be issued for domestic returns.
  • $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount unless the return is due to a House of Roy error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment once your return is received and inspected.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days after receipt for your return to be processed.
  • HOR reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return eligibility standards.

Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return your original item for a refund or store credit and place a new order.

Final Sale Items

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit.
  • Final sale items will be clearly marked at checkout.
